The Emergence of Life

NASA’s OSIRIS-REx returned from its seven-year mission, landing in the Utah desert, and delivering a collection of asteroid rocks and soil. The rocks, collected 200 million miles away, are older than Earth and are undisturbed remnants of the solar system's early days of planet formation. Through their study of the rocks, scientists hope to learn more about the emergence of life.
