Elizabeth Bonker has nonspeaking autism that severely affects her communication abilities. But when, as valedictorian, she gave the commencement speech at Rollins College, she was heard loud and clear. Elizabeth typed and then delivered her remarks using a text-to-speech program. It can help people out of poverty, discover talent, and make it possible for us to fix so much. But we will get the best of technology only if we don't let it distract us from making human connections, addressing human longings, and inspiring human energy.” – Thomas Friedman, Thank You for Being Late Affirmative prayer: Infinite Presence, I give thanks for the many tools that help me live a Spirit-intended life. Amen. Comments are closed.
