My Steps are Steady

Donte Franklin walked 17 miles every day to and from his job at Buffalo Wild Wings until a commuter offered him a ride one day and, after learning of Donte’s efforts, posted his story on Facebook. Followers of the social platform responded with a new bike for the 20-year-old young man, and a GoFundMe page was set up so he could buy a car. “I was just walking for my family,” Donte said.

Affirmative prayer: Today, I walk the path set before me by Pure Spirit. With every step, I move closer to the heart of Divine living. I attend to my work, serve my family, friends, and community, and move upon the earth in ways that keep me centered, fit, and ready for anything.
