Releasing the Heavy Burden

Affirmative prayer: Today, I set down the heavy burden of resentment. My wounding begins to heal as I release my bitterness in prayer, in ritual, in conversation. My heart opens and I feel the renewing energy of my life restored. Thank you, God, forever. Amen.
