the orbit of my soul

8/12/2019

“The final mystery is oneself. When one has weighed the sun in balance, measured the steps of the moon, and mapped out the seven heavens star by star, there still remains oneself. Who can calculate the orbit of his or her own soul?”
– Oscar Wilde,
De Profundis
Affirmative prayer: Today, I probe the depths of my soul, forever alert and bright in the reflection of its mystery. My beingness is in sync with the soul of the Universe, thankful that the journey of its uncovering shall always keep me curious, engaged, and vital. Amen.
