aligning my actions with who I really am

Two inmates locked up in a Virginia city jail escaped by using a toothbrush to tunnel their way through a cell wall. They were arrested the next morning at a nearby IHOP, eating a syrupy breakfast, negating the good work they did with the toothbrush. (Yes, it’s a true story.)
