focusong on a divine impulse

When 9-year-old Tae Butler was being treated for leukemia in a two-month hospital stay, a young pediatric oncologist, Ted Moore, cared for her and gave her a stethoscope. The gift and his care of her inspired Tae to become a doctor. Seventeen years later, she’s a medical student at UCLA and she recently interned with Ted. She still has the stethoscope.

Affirmative prayer: Today – every day – I focus on a Divine impulse that is calling me to be a pure expression of love made manifest. My life has purpose, pure Spirit has equipped me with all that is required, and I stay the spiritual course. Thank you, God, forever. Amen.
