Making Choices to Care for Our Home

A Montana judge sided with young environmental activists, ruling that state agencies were violating their constitutional right to a clean and healthy environment by permitting fossil fuel development without considering its effect on the climate. A statement from the Montana Attorney General’s office called the ruling, "absurd," and said they would appeal the decision.
"The Earth will not continue to offer its harvest, except with faithful stewardship. We cannot say we love the land and then destroy it for use by future generations."
