My Journey of Wellness

Simone Biles won her 20th world championships gold medal and led the U.S. women's team to a world title at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Antwerp, Belgium. It was Simone’s first competition back on the world stage since the Tokyo 2020 Games when she stepped away to tend to her mental wellness.

Affirmative prayer: Infinite Presence, I feel the power of love and wakefulness to restore my life. In my journey of wellness, I attend to my emotions, thoughts, and prayers. And I give thanks for every blessed soul who walked with me, listened to me, believed in me. May I be such an ally to others. Thank you, God, forever. Amen.
