No Secrets in the Universe

Lawmakers have reported that the U.S. government’s system for labeling and tracking classified documents appears to be broken. At least three presidents, a vice president, a secretary of state, an attorney general, and some cabinet members have all mishandled classified documents. Policies meant to control national secrets are haphazardly enforced and rely almost wholly on good faith.
