Praying for Victims and Responders

The devastating earthquakes that hit Turkey and Syria are affecting some of the most vulnerable people in the world. More than four million Syrians who rely on humanitarian aid live in the region. First responders are scrambling to rescue people trapped under toppled buildings. If you would like to donate, UNICEF is one of many organizations that can receive donations.

Affirmative prayer: Today, I pray that the earthquake victims are rescued, tended to, and cared for. I pray that first responders are strengthened in their service, that they have the tools and resources needed to save lives. I pray for the leaders of these nations that they feel a Divine presence within them and recognize their union with their people. Infinite Presence, I am here to reveal the connection that exists among us. I am in this life to be a beneficial presence, to help, to give legs to the compassionate heart within us all.
