Sadness as a Gateway to Purpose

Affirmative prayer: Today, I am in touch with any sadness that may be resident in my heart. I have the courage to let myself feel it, and I see it as an invitation to go deeper, to let it move me into cultivating a higher sense of purpose. In this, there is healing, gratitude, and renewal.
