A Vital Cog in this Living Planet

A new report shows that the percentage of jobs in the U.S. that fall under the category “green” has increased to 9 million, or 6 percent of the total workforce. The number is expected to rise to 24 million, over the next 10 years, or 14 percent of the workforce. The report said the green economy over the next eight years will grow at sixteen times the nationwide job creation rate.
