Finding the Silver Lining

Human beings are quite resilient creatures, able to find the silver lining in almost everything. A recent study revealed what people saw as the upsides to the pandemic. Quality time with loved ones, life slowing down, and seeing communities come together were just some of the blessings that people experienced the past couple of years.

Affirmative prayer: Remembering the Oneness of life, I give thanks for blessings that show up in tough times. Thank you, God, for my spiritual awareness, for family and friends, moments of joy, and for every experience that invites me to look up and find the light. Amen.
