Living in the Dream of God

March 10 is national Harriet Tubman Day, honoring the woman who led hundreds of slaves to freedom and served as the “conductor” of the underground railroad. She escaped slavery in 1849 and served in the Civil War as a soldier, spy, nurse, scout, and leader in working with newly freed slaves.

Affirmative prayer: Infinite Presence I live in the dream of God and, because I am made in Its nature, I too dream. Endowed with the strength and grace of the Divine and inspired by a grand vision, I see dreams of freedom, peace, and plenty for all citizens of the world. Thank you, God, forever. Amen.
