Maryland firefighter Megan Warfield is wired to help others. When the pregnant 30-year-old Megan was in a car accident, she brushed aside her labor contractions and provided care to a person trapped under their overturned vehicle. Later, she checked herself into the hospital and gave birth to a baby girl.
