Sustaining our Home

An Airbus just completed a full trial flight fueled by cooking oil. The plane completed a successful three-hour flight from Toulouse, France, while running predominantly on cooking oil and waste fats. The aviation company wants to get its aircraft certified to fly on cooking oil by the end of the decade and bring the world's first zero-emission aircraft to market by 2035.
