Affirmative prayer: Today, I face the difficulty that is before me. I understand where the discomfort resides. That, even if I avoid the encounter, the tension carries on within me. With faith and courage, I embrace it. I bring it into the conversation, into action. I bring it into the light of healing and resolution. Thank you, God, forever. Amen.
