INTO THY HANDS

​“There is a safe haven fixed in our life experience. Theologian and priest, Henri Nouwen, said we come to it when “we kneel before the Divine, put our ear against its chest, and listen to the heartbeat of God.” The lasting peace and love of God passes into our human experience, from the dwelling place of the Most High into our homes, our relationships, and our endeavors.
Affirmative prayer: Today, I take up the presence and power of God and allow its brilliance to nurture, strengthen, and guide me. Into thy hands, I commit my life. Thank you, God, forever. Amen.
