The Light Behind a Black Hole

For the first time, scientists have detected light from behind a black hole 800 million light-years from Earth. Astrophysicist Dan Wilkins said light that goes into a black hole doesn't come out. “But this black hole is warping space, bending light, and twisting magnetic fields, making it possible to see the light behind it."
