Affirmative prayer: Today I yield to an image of wholeness. A natural balance of mind, body, and soul is restored. Fear and misgivings are unseated from my consciousness, and I reside in a resolute state of compassion, forgiveness, and contentment. I say the words, make the gestures, and embody the healing energy. Amen.
