aligning with divine order; throw deep

10/1/2019

A reporter who was interviewing Oakland Raiders football quarterback Ken Stabler recited a passage by Jack London: "I’d rather be ashes than dust, that my spark burn out in a brilliant blaze than be stifled by dry rot. I would rather be a meteor, every atom of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy planet. We are to live, not merely exist." The reporter then asked, Stabler, "What does that mean to you, Kenny?" Stabler paused for a moment, then replied, "Throw deep!"
Affirmative prayer: Today, I throw my level best nto my relationships and pursuits. I advance a project that’s been hovering. I forgive someone. I drop one judgment. I align with divine order and go deep into the abundance of life.
